Hi, I’m Jackie Servellon — chef, culinary educator, artisan pastries.

I use classical French technique and Southern flavor to create high-quality cakes, pastries, and custom menus. From croissants to catering, everything is made from scratch with attention to detail and hospitality at it’s core.
