I’m Chef Jackie—the cake artist behind Cake Studio DSM, a custom cake studio based in Des Moines, Iowa. My background in baking and pastry began at the Iowa Culinary Institute, where I built a strong foundation in technique and flavor. I went on to work in high-end kitchens, including as the Pastry Sous Chef at Oak Park Restaurant, one of the nation’s top-rated dining destinations.
